Their attentiveness truly enhances the experience, especially during unexpected events like the local train strike, when they efficiently arranged a taxi to Firenze for us. Our room, featuring air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The elegant parquet floors and thoughtful touches such as free toiletries added to the experience without feeling overindulgent. The on-site restaurant and adjacent diner, recommended by our hosts, offered a delightful culinary experience that rivals more expensive establishments. The complimentary wi-fi was an added convenience for planning our day's adventures. While Chivi may not boast extensive luxury features, it embodies a unique charm with personalized service that larger hotels often overlook. Therefore, for travelers seeking both comfort and practicality without excessive expenditure, Chivi emerges as a wise choice, showcasing that luxury can indeed coexist with financial sensibility.
